What it is
The World Health Organization is asking young people worldwide one question:
How do you shield your circle from respiratory infections, like influenza and COVID-19?
Answer it in a video of up to 90 seconds. You may submit up to three videos.
What to cover
Pick one of WHO's three prompts and speak to something real — protecting vulnerable people around you, meeting doubt in your community, or taking on a myth that is circulating.
Rules that matter
- Ages 18–35, students or young professionals, any country
- The video may be in any language, but it must carry English subtitles
- If any part was generated with AI, you must say so
- Judged on message, originality, accuracy of the health information, storytelling, subtitles, and your written answers
What you win
One global winner is invited to present at a WHO webinar in October 2026 and receives a WHO certificate naming them and their video. Up to six runners-up are featured on WHO's competition page. There is no cash prize.
