What it is
ARES — the Académie de recherche et d'enseignement supérieur — funds one specialised bachelor's degree, eight specialised master's degrees and one continuing-education certificate at universities and colleges in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, Belgium's French-speaking community. The 2027–2028 call is open.

Who it is for
Permanent residents of one of 32 ARES partner countries — including Cameroon — who hold a higher education degree and have professional experience in a development-related field. Your degree must have been earned no more than 20 years before the programme starts, with an extension granted for each childbirth or adoption.
