How the Mentorship Program Works

When you apply to join the Togeva Mentorship Program, you are required to pay a small application fee to secure your spot for review.

Application Stage

Step 1
Applications Open
Submit your application as a mentee along with the required fee (6,500 FCFA or $25 for applicants from other countries). Mentors do not pay any fees.
Step 2
Application Review
Our team carefully reviews every application.
Step 3
Not Selected?
If your application is not selected, your application fee is fully refunded.

If Your Application Is Accepted

Your Weekly Flow

Step 1
Monday
Your mentor assigns your task for the week.
Step 2
Thursday
You submit a short progress report, outlining your work and any questions you may have.
Step 3
Friday
You attend a 30-minute mentorship call for feedback, guidance, and clarifications.
Step 4
Sunday
You receive a weekly refund (For Cameroonians only) as part of the performance-based model.
Step 5
Repeat
Repeat this cycle for 12 weeks, growing each step of the way.

Mentorship Levels

Level 1: Foundations

Goal:

Build a strong understanding of the core concepts within your chosen track.

This level is completely free and includes a weekly refund structure to encourage consistency. Mentees will focus on the fundamentals and key principles required to move forward confidently.

Level 2: Ignite

Goal:

Transition from learning the basics to applying them in real-world scenarios.

This level emphasizes hands-on development, allowing mentees to build functional projects and sharpen their practical skills.

Level 3: Internship Prep

Goal:

Equip mentees with industry-ready skills in preparation for internships.

Over the course of 12 weeks, mentees engage in intensive, real-world tasks that reflect the responsibilities of an intern in their chosen field.

Level 4: Career Launch

Goal:

Help mentees gain the skills, confidence, and support they need to land an entry-level role.

This stage focuses on job readiness, portfolio development, interview preparation, and exposure to real job opportunities in their track of interest.
